MS Elevators Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Wah Seong Engineering Sdn. Bhd.) was incorporated in 1982 to supply, install, test, commission, maintain and repair TOSHIBA brand of elevators and escalators in Malaysia (including Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei).

As we progressed and excelled, Toshiba Elevators and Building Systems granted us the right to manufacture complete Toshiba elevators in Malaysia that complies to Toshiba specification and standards. As such, we proudly manufacture Toshiba elevators in Malaysia for Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Philipines, United Arab Emirates, and Egypt.

Our manufacturing company, MS Elevators Sdn. Bhd. is located in Prai Industrial Estate, Penang. It is fully ISO 9001: 2000 certified company that encompass EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 9001, and MS ISO 9001. Two test towers, with 35 meter and 75 meter height, were built for development and testing of elevators.

Both MS Elevators Engineering Sdn. Bhd. and M S Elevators Sdn. Bhd. are joint-venture companies with Toshiba Elevator and Building Systems Corporation (Toshiba), a company associated with Toshiba Corporation. Toshiba has played a major role in the growth and expansion of our companies with their continuous support through technology transfer, technical collaboration and staff trainings.
